A film and animation loop produced by Andrew Bolton and a number of community groups around the town will be projected inside an empty shop unit for viewing from outside. The windows will be partialy obscured with emulsion – as empty shop windows often are – and designs based on the groups’ drawings will be scraped out of the paint to allow the projection to show through.

The work is designed to be viewed from the street 24/7. Starting on 18th September and lasting for the duration of the festival
